La Pallaresa, a mix of apartments for rent and social housing, a hotel and leisure facilities, located in Santa Coloma de Gramanet, a municipality in the Barcelona metropolitan area, is a ​​recently developed complex. It was completed in 2011 as part of an urban planning and development process instituted in 2005, after being selected in a competition whose main goal was to solve, in a coherent and quality architectural manner, complex problems inherited from previous urbanisms.
